ok more valve coolness. They are releasing a
mac version of steam. All fine and neat. Now the indy mac gaming market has a workable distribution channel (besides a website and the interwebs).
The part that cements this as a cool thing in my mind: "If players already own the PC versions of Valve games, they’ll get Mac versions at no extra charge through a feature called Steam Play."
I imagine that steam play is a per-developer/per-game decision, but valve is definitely setting the correct standard.

Okay, now I really want to see if I can somehow get my Hackintosh OS working properly with sound and stuff. It will be a fun experiment to see if I can get games to work on it. Being able to play PC or Mac is a huge bonus! (^_^)
