I recall reading a book that had characters at one point taking part in recreational orbital skydiving from IIRC a platform built onto an orbital elevator. Skydiving with an ablative heatshield strapped to your back. That might involve bigger ones.
So, any guesses as to how long until 100k+ feet skydives become a regular extreme sports event?

I think it'll be a while until the cost comes down.
Ballon and fuel + suit and O2 + recovery costs = not chump change
