Exactly who'sresponsible is still vague. The news last night said that an Islamic group had claimed responsibility. However, the news this morning suggested that the shooter had ties with neo-nazi groups. Possibly the Islamic group was simply seeking publicity, or the neo-nazi was taking advantage of the chaos.

Last word I heard was that the shooter was in custody and was part of a right-wing, anti-immigration group. Not quite a neo-Nazi, but on that side of the political spectrum.
