Resolved:
1. Pay off credit card debt. first priority is the checking line of credit..so that I can...
2. Shut down my checking account.A bank that makes me pay by $25.00 per month plus line of credit interest  for supposedly free checking is no friend of mine.
I'll figure out the rest later. If I can do no. 2 in 6 months I'll be good..

On a similar note I need to move my accounts because the bank is closing all it's local branches. It's mildly annoying.

Perhaps, but by resolving to get started on it NOW even if it does take more than a year, is a very good start.
