Tsjoat tells me that he thinks that 'The Boys' is Whiplash's AI technology fully realized by Tony. I must say, the idea has merit, but then there is also that image of what looks like other guys getting fitted for Iron Man style suits.

There's been at least a few times in the comics where Tony has had multiple older suits piloted by AIs/VIs.
