Dunno, I think it'd be even funnier if it was his Moonlight Night persona from season 2... but everyone knows TM, not everyone remembers MK.Hear that thunder rolling till it seems to split the sky?

Sadly, Waltersobchakeit is not actually a German word, nor does it mean that.
Given the first two syllables, I thought it was likely to be the name of someone the OP actually knew who acted like that.

When I Googled it, I found that it's based on the name of a character from The Big Lebowski.  Someone else will have to tell me if he acted like that.

There ought to be a word that conveys that message, though, and who better than the Germans to come up with one?

Walter is John Goodman's character from "The Big Lebowski." Opinionated, harsh, violent, and generally obnoxious, he's part of the comedy of errors that propels the Dude (Jeff Bridges) through the story of the film. He is also the origin the quote, "Say what you will about National Socialism, but at least it's an ethos." and the subject of the Dude's exclamation: "You're not wrong, Walter; you're just an asshole!" Hence the above posted bit.
One of these days I've gotta watch that movie...

It is one of the Cohen Brothers movies that I enjoy. Not all of them are enjoyable, to my tastes, but "The Big Lebowski" resonates much in the same way that "Big Trouble in Little China" does. The Dude and his buddies are presented as the main characters in a detective story, but they're not; they're just bit players. They think they know what's going on, by following various detective film tropes, and they fall flat on their faces every time. Even when they try to exercise a little genre savviness, they fail, because they're not detectives; they're losers who have small roles in the grand story about Lebowski. But, like Jack Burton, they're fun to watch. And since they're characters in a Cohen Bros. film, they have some fun lines and some quirky personalities.

Not only is that truck in the background of that shot, but I think it may have a snow machine mounted on the back. Look at the plume behind it in the shot. In which case, it's supposed to be there. We're just not supposed to see it.
