How do you manage this kind of output?

I swear, you write more chapters/year than I manage words (creative writing-wise)

Easy. I write in the browser window as stream of consciousness, no outline, minimum editing pass. Just let the words flow. And yes, if the browser crashes or the machine locks I lose everything and that has happened more than once.
