The "Kola Pyramids" are probably crank garbage. A quick google found that the top page was from a sceptics site giving a firm thumbs down, the Kola penninsular wikipedia page has no mention of them and at least half the top results were seriously crank (as in "ancient aryan civilisation" level of woo).

huh, I was thinking the Kola Peninsula was over Siberia way rather than near Finland.  You do seem to be correct as the image has also been attributed to be 'Indonesian pyramids' but this webpage gives a fairly good reasoning of the photo being from the Faroe Islands (NW of the UK) and that the shape is due to glacial forces rather than man made.

By pure coincidence, my favorite YouTube travel channel just did a video on this island last week.  It has more (and more accurate) information than that image.
