but would it be possible to collect all the Fanfic threads in the Legendary board and put them in another subforum? I am finding it irritating trying to find

Not to toot my own horn (and I really need to update it again soon), but there's a sticky at the top of the Legendary board with a link to the page
containing all the gathered stories posted to the board.
Bob: expect an update on that soon-ish, since I've been slacking.
