they have shaken up a serious can of legal whoop-arse and are opening it with their eye fixed on the opening, unaware of what will follow.
For those not in the know - creationist douchebags have been trying this strategy for some time now, and it keeps boomeranging back to take them hard in
cosh-spot.
Then again; they are not exactly rational people to begin with; so this inability to learn from previous experience is not wholly unexpected.
