Inspired by Skye Valentine's Longbow Rikti and last night's discussion, here's rad/rad corruptor Guardian Sel'Tar.

Yeah, the Enforcer armor pieces really seal the deal.
Anyone want to start up a Rikti/Lost villain group on Justice? ^.^

Some Rikti settings...
Physique, Chest, and Waist minimum; everything else, including Height, maxed.
Head scaling:
Head - all three maxed.
Cranium - likewise, or nearly so.
Nose - all minimized.
Chin and Jaw - first two settings min, third max.
Face: Reptilian, Fissure. Mask color (and everything else on the head): 10, 5.
Detail 1: Assassin hood
Detail 2: Regal
Detail 3: Egyptian or Ventilator.
Torso should be Tights, lower body should be Armored, for the proper Rikti look. Gloves and boots, both Enforcer. Beyond that, anything goes.
