As someone whose first COH character was a scrapper and who still runs a majority of that type, this amuses me, makes me nod my head and go "damn straight!".

I've culled some of the ones that I liked the best here -

I was reading "White Jazz" by James Ellroy and came across what I think should be the signature line for scrappers.

My signature line would probably be more like: "There were HOW many of them in the group I just charged blindly into?"

Followed by "Woops, scrapper lock!"

*continues fighting (actually happened on the Nemesis AV mission - scrapper running solo.)

What goes through a Spines/Regen's mind when spying a large group of closely packed evil-doers...Other than "I can take 'em."

"Damn that was cool, but if you ever charge Envoy of Shadows again I'm booting you from the team." (after I lead the charge against EoS in the first encounter about 20 times with 20 team wipes in a row back in issue four)

Tanker: "Silly scrapper, only I can survive jumping into mobs like that."
Me: *blinks* "Then why am I the one standing?"
