Felicity Cole, otherwise known as Charcoal has appeared in the Thibor stories, and is a member in good standing in the Legendary.

Charcoal doesn't do the costumed hero thing and her crime fighting gear is delightfully casual. Here are two of her costumes.

Pardon me, but she seems a bit larger than what I remember from teaming with her on this last Double XP weekend for a good while. I don't really have any
screenies to refresh my memory, but its kinda a hunch.
