the Warburg experiment was an unqualified success - here's the bullet points
  • Regen appears to flat-out suck in i13 PvP

  • 6-8 Legendary having a nice brawl can be kinda scary when they all jump an outsider

  • Free For All PVP best PVP.

  • 211/750 from 64/750 - I'd like to crank out at least 100 kills every wednesday

  • Don't Mess with Terrance.

First point: Will bust out Kili to see for myself. Not that I dun habeeb it just I like to see for myself.

Second point: He started it! In other news I stop hunting Legendary and start hunting outsiders that beat on "Mah blasterz! NOooooooOOOOOOo!
YOUDIENOW!"

Third point: Truth, like pies, like over 9000 pies. Many lols were had.

Fourth Point: Not bad for a buncha heroes. -smirks- NOTE: GIIIIIIIIIIIIIR AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRG TANKS! I needa Stalker possy!

Fifth point: See above.

All in all, enjoyable despite being pvp.

Also: Protip- don't stand in one place for too long unless you're a tank.
I had alot of amusement tonight in the Warburg action, I claimed the main warburg hill as my own, Get near it at your own risk *grin*. But watch out for that
Unicorna person on quicksilver Nano..SHe uses that nasty..nasty taunt button and just superspeeds around so you can't catch up to kill her *chuckle* She
effectivly had my attention on her for the last 5-10 minutes we were there and I couldnt' do much about it. It made me wanna mash my face into my keyboard
yet I applaud her for the tactic. It was a smart move, taunting and Superspeeding around terr and his hill occationaly hitting him just to keep me annoyed
enough to swat at her like some King Kong tryin to swat at planes.

I loled hard at the imagery here. Can totally see it too.
that was fun, and I support more fun like it.

Things I noticed:

1) in a free for all, Gamma doesn't last long (and I fear Decay would eat concrete even faster)

2) People still try to go after the MM when clank has her Personal Force Field up. (hint, when you swing 7 times and don't hit once, and I'm not
attacking you myself, go for the bots)

3) Fren currently works best (surprise!), but needs better stealth

4) drawing people to the top of the world and then nailing them with something that suppresses flight is more fun than should be allowed

ETA:

5) I have now learned to fear the sound of Aim+BU

Unless your a tank and have most of your health bar left ^_^
I have to agree with all points raised. This was Awesome Fun Win, even with would-be griefers trying to ruin our party. We spanked 'em when they
misbehaved, though, so it was all good.

Also: Vyper, can Bill have his kidneys back? Please? *puppy-dog look*

Well, they are probably well-done fried-kidneyonnaSTEEEEK now. I'm pretty sure Brae nailed Loli at least once with her snipe, and if I remember you got her
full of arrows once too.

If you -like- fried kidney, though, I'm sure there's plenty to be had.

Loli has a new found respect for blasters in PvP now thankyouverymuch. There was a high amusement factor after BU+AS then DEATHFROMABOVE! whenever someone was
on the ground long enough for me to acquire and fire.

According to Loli's pvp thingie ALL ZEE BLAZTERZ got her once 'sept Pooky. Hard to placate something without targeting em first and when you're in
the air it's tough targeting when busily retreating. Merfer Blasters! -mutter-

Loli was actually pulled UP to the 38 not down to it and I thought she did rather well ^_^ AoE defense needs a bit of work as does stealth factor since that
offensive ice tanker (who was not Mag) could see her on occasion. Great learning experience for me and I don't think I've EVER had that much fun in a
PvP zone ever.
I must have missed a memo on this outing. Was the Fusion Generator being farmed a feature of the zone (I've never done Warburg), or were you guys earning
brownie points for a SG recipe?

It was a random thing that happened in the channel at a spur of the moment type thing for the generator.
I'm tellin' ya, after Vyper's "Playtime With Loli" session, I'm overly tempted to roll up a stalker of some sort called "The
Kidney Harvester" and go to town. Smile

The 'critical mass' of people to make this neccesary (looks like about 6) was a lucky coincidence, but the need for PVP kills was identified about the time we went to 3000/3200 power in the base 8 /

Leveling a stalker is difficult and PuGing with one is near impossible (improbable? Some teams don't like that a lot of stalkers tend to clear
the map for no real reason, glowie hunt/boss hunt are acceptable if you're planning on making the mish quick) For PvP I advise the nin set (any but the non
borked sets is fine too) and stack your stealth powers adding a stealth io to maximize "ZOMGSTALKER?!?!?!" reaction.
The Fusion Generator plans require that the base accumulate 750 total PvP defeats. This whole idea was brought about after I was finished putting the teleport
beacons back into order (or more familiar order, if Wire insists) and I noted that the power we were using was quite very close to the power we had available.
After asking about and learning you can only have one generator (and 2 aux-power) per base I kinda prompted people to start this whole thing. We started with a
3v4 Arena match, but the kills didn't count there (despite my hunch) and so we went to the only Free-For-All PvP zone, Warburg, so we didn't have to
face the die-hard PvP zealot-fanatics in Recluse's Victory. In Warburg you can fight anyone that's not on your team, and so if a large group of SG
mates get together there, and fight each other (With SG mode on) no matter who wins the fights the defeat count goes up.

Well, cool. I'll have to join in on one of those free-for-alls one of these days.

I have had no problems leveling my Stalker, who is level 32 and climbing at this point. The trick is to do more soloing. That way no one objects if you clear a
map. Mind you, I don't PvP, so there may be a different frame of reference here.

Soloing is how I got Loli to 36. Tongue
From 211/750 to 353/750 Wed Dec 17! If not for those stupid kill thieves! -fistshakes- Still pretty fun.
Tue Dec 23 551/750.
Tuesday Evening was the Great Pooky Shoot - I filled up 4 times on wakeys and got slaughtered.

Interesting bidtit - if you 'Go To Base' in Warburg, the base exit takes you back to where you were standing when you died!

Oh, that's a handy toy... Now I just need to make it to one of these farm nights
Yes the base rez does that in all the PvP zones... it was suppose to do it in all the zones but only does it in the PvP zones. Its the whole point of having
one... sort good for a 'surprise I'm back and going to pound ya' attack. You note you didn't rez at zero health and end? The only down side is
in Siren's Call you will lose any bounty you have earned (you are leaving the zone)

The Rez trick is fun to play deep in BB or Sirens though... its like 'WTF... Where did you come from?'

Shader
Badge Earned - Gen's claws are positively _dripping_ with The Blood Of The Pooky.

Fusion Generator installed. good work, troops!
