can't happen in the regular game.

Oh I so cannot wait until Issue 14 is live. I'm just itching to make some Technos missions.

Sadly, not my mish. He did the face with "sightless" mask, with the Symmetrical "tattoo" pattern. It's a REALLY good adaptation of
Watchmen to CoH-gameplay, too bad he realizes he won't get away with it on live and will have it as private SG content.
