Well. That took entirely too long.
Good thing my new employers gave me the afternoon off as a lead in to the Labor Day weekend.

And this means, don't despair -- some of those codes are still unused even now, some 20 hours after they were posted. My suggestion -- paste the second NA list (if you're in North America, that is) into Notepad or equivalent, go to the middle and start cutting and pasting codes in both directions, up and down, from your starting point.
