Yes, she is "really good at this sort of stuff".

While the question is, of course, how she got good at it, I am now so tempted to put in a scene where she's doing frisbee tricks just for fun.

Luna gave Usagi a flat stare. "Do I look like a dog to you?"
...
Yeah, bad idea.

I'm reminded, though, of a scene in the old movie Jason and the Argonauts (SFX by Harryhausen), where throwing a discus to hit a distant rock was a test of strength, and then the (relatively) scrawny genius demonstrated that he could throw it in an unconventional way that not only got it all the way to the rock but made it come back. Cue lots of slack jaws.

MINAKO: Hey everyone, I won two tickets to the movie theatre from the supermarket lottery. Anyone want to go with me?
USAGI, REI, MAKOTO, AMI: Hai! REI: No luck with the gentlemen lately, eh?
MINAKO: Ugh, tell me about it.
USAGI: I know! Why doesn't the ticket go to the winner of a game of ultimate frisbee?
REI, MAKOTO, AMI, MINAKO: No way!
MAKOTO: We're not falling for that one again.
