Due to his agreement with the Three Doug probably can't just go "This wold sucks, I'm outta here." But if he could this might be the song he'd use.
Steely Dan
ANY WORLD (THAT I'M WELCOME TO)
If I had my way
I would move to another lifetime
I'd quit my job
Ride the train through the misty nighttime
I'll be ready when my feet touch ground
Wherever I come down
And if the folks will have me
Then they'll have me
CHORUS:
Any world that I'm welcome to
Is better than the one I come from
I can hear your words
When you speak of what you are and have seen
I can see your hand
Reaching out through a shining daydream
Where the days and nights are not the same
Captured happy in a picture frame
Honey I will be there
Yes I'll be there
CHORUS
I got this thing inside me
That's got to find a place to hide me
I only know I must obey
This feeling I can't explain away
I think I'll go to the park
Watch the children playing
Perhaps I'll find in my head
What my heart is saying
A vision of a child returning
A kingdom where the sky is burning
Honey I will be there
Yes I'll be there
CHORUS
I believe Doug's agreement with The Three only applied to the Bubbegum Crisis worldline shown in DW II, so Doug may be allowed to leave any other worldline at will.
But as long as we're posting Gate songs...
Asia
GO
Dig for victory, go for gold
I don't wanna die before i get old
And i wonder where i'm going to
There's some way out, there's some way through
But i'm lost, i'm lost, i'm down again
My direction is changing, which way,
Which way can i go...
Get up and go
You start me up, you slow me down
No one can deny you get around
When you're hot, you're cold, you're in between
Asking myself what does it mean?
And i walk that tightrope, you should know
I'm losing my balance, maybe,
Maybe i should go...
Get up and go
Face to face in sympathy
But now you turn your back on me
Turn a card and win, but you may lose
Fate only has that right to choose
If you're right, leave me here, i'll die alone
You've got the time, you've just got time
You got the time just go...
Get up and go
Go
Just go...

"Governments have no right to question the loyalty of those who oppose
them. Adversaries remain citizens of the same state, common subjects of
the same sovereign, servants of the same law."

- Michael Ignatieff, addressing Stanford University in 2012
Rob is correct -- The Three tied Doug to the BGC world to keep him there to complete the task they set for him. He can leave any other world -- unless I choose to implement a similar "lock" for some reason -- at will, provided he can find the right song.
That said, both of those songs are just great candidates.
