Makes it rain Anvils with in 300 feet of Doug.
(Good thing he wears a helmet.)

I would rather picture every anvil in a somewhat larger AOE to ring like a telehpone, possibly with connections to all other ringing anvils, enabling somewhat unusual conference calls with an unknown number of unknown participants ...

Actually, I think that it would more likely make a cacophony of metallic noises in the area of effect...
