Well, first the question: Does Doug's metagift only react to a song if he understands the language it is sung in?
because I have one or two German songs wihch Doug could use. For example "Schrei nach liebe" by Die rzte. It could be used to pacify people.

Doug can only understand songs in a language he understands. I think it was mentioned before and listed in the FAQ thats posted somewhere (not trying to be rude its just coming out that way). That's a nice song I'll have to see if I can find it for my own music collection.

And yes, a bunch of us have already lamented on his lack of knowledge of certain languages for similar reasons...
