Power – Okay, I
realise I'm either stretching the lyrics or being really optimistic here, but I see this as either a dual
teleportation song, (Doug and a person he mentally chooses) would be teleported
to the exact middle point between them, i.e meeting halfway. Or since ‘meet me
halfway' can mean a mental agreement or compromise, that it would create a
mental link or projection of Doug and one other person he has met and who
mentally agrees to the meeting once the song begins – they are mentally projected
to the halfway point between where the two currently are, be It a few feet or
thousands of miles, once there they can talk and discuss freely for the
duration of the song, and both fully remember the experience and conversation.
*Shrugs* I know it's unlikely, but that's where my mind led me.

Power - If there
is airplane above him (or his AOE) at night, Doug is granted genie-like powers
for the duration – one wish per plane - but the power drain would vary
considerably depending on the wishes granted. Plus I get the feeling he'd have little
control over it, like ANY wish in the AOE would be granted – no matter who made
it.

 

 

Any thoughts?

I think that wishes would still be bound by his normal rules - ie no effect further away than his AoE, conjured items/beings vanish at the end of the song, people or animals who appear because of it are not the actual thing, just acting how the wisher and/or Doug's subconscious expect them to act in that situation. Objects physically transformed from existing matter would be an exception, if only as accurate as Doug and/or the wisher could make them using their own knowledge and any reference material inside AoE, and at GM's discretion this could apply to living beings transformed by the effect also, with intelligent beings making the relevant checks to resist/overcome mental attacks to revert to their normal mental state if "reprogrammed" ala simulacrum-brain once when it happens and again at the end of the song if the transformation is permanent.

song, when Doug touches somebody who is injured (up to or greater then mortal
wounds) they are near-instantly revived and healed, with the added bonus of
being supercharged with energy, be it just physical or related to any powers
they might have. Possible side-effect of the recipient being infatuated with
Doug for the duration.

super-speed or some variant thereof, but I get the feeling from the lyrics that
he’d be physically unable to STOP running until the song completed, making it a
bit of a liability. Plus there’s also an ‘ignore anything and everything else’
vibe that could have mental effects as well.

That (and any other deity) is a special case: recall what happened when Doug used With a Little Help From My Friends to create simulacra of Shadowwalker, Kat, Silverbolt, and Wetter Hexe (DWII Chapter 12). A deity's awareness automatically inhabits a simulacrum; in all other cases, a simulacrum's mind is built from Doug's memories of the original person. Unless the simulacrum is of a deity, and the deity opts to stick around, it vanishes at the end of the song.

in AOE (including Doug himself likely) go absolutely, foaming at the mouth,
howling for blood f*^&&^ INSANE WITH RAGE !!! and attack a target – either one
specified by Doug, or more likely at random.  There could conceivably be an occasion where
this could be useful, but I’m pretty certain Doug would find it absolutely
repugnant on all but the most irredeemably evil, and I’m damn sure he’d be very
hesitant to use it even then for fear of what effect it would leave on the
people he used it on.

Power – Pretty self-explanatory.
Useful when mass arson-based destruction is needed, but I would imagine bloody
difficult if not outright impossible to control, giving it somewhat limited usage.
