I've only watched the first five minutes or so, so far, and I am deeply amused.
Don't think this belongs in "Fanfiction", though.
ETA: I am particularly amused by how much Sky High's helmet looks like http://laist.com/2009/05/02/laistory_th ... torium.php]the long-gone Pan Pacific Auditorium (aka "that building from Xanadu").

I will have to wait until I get home before trying to watch it, but from the wikipedia description, it sounds kind of like an anime version of the short Brittish Comedy, "No Heroics."
