I'm looking for a Naruto fic that I've lost track of. I'm sure it was recommended here at one point, but I've gone way back and can't find the link.
It was a Peggy Sue type fic, where Kakashi and Team 7 go back in time, but arrive at different times and start messing with the timeline.
Hilights include blaming the Uchiha massacre on Orochimaru, having the 3rd Hokage seal Kyubi instead of the 4th and constant jokes about Sakura being 'useless'.

If you become a monster to put down a monster you've still got a monster running around at the end of the day and have as such not really solved the whole monster problem at all. 

ooh, I remember that one as well. Sadly the name also fails me.

It was full of too much crack for me to get past three or four chapters.
