Figured I'd start a more generic thread about anime titles being licenced, so folks can add to this rather than start new threads every time a title's picked up.

First up: http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclo ... hp?id=8033]Rental Magica - http://rental-magica.rightstuf.com/]Right Stuf

A fun little modern-magic series, reminiscent of Ghost Sweeper Mikami or Phantom Quest Corporation. And Right Stuf doesn't play silly buggers with their encodes, "forget" to add extras, or force people to watch ads before displaing the DVD's main menu. On the flip side (not that I care), it's sub-only. I'm happy...

CrimsonKMR

Heat Guy J was licensed rescued by FUNimation yesterday. Its not a bad series
There is no coincidence, only necessity....

Sentai Filmworks license rescues Daphne in the Brilliant
Blue, Destiny of the Shrine Maiden (Kannazuki no Miko), and Dokkoida?!

Also, Bandai delays Code Geass R2, announces street date for Lucky Star OAV, Sola, and .hack//GU Trilogy. The last 3 will have NO DUBS, which makes me
especially upset they won't dub the LS OAV. //GU would be nice to hear dubs, especially with the voices from the game... but to not continue the Lucky Star
dub? BAH. You're really starting to suck Bandai.
