I don't get the cycle.

But they send out the fire truck when there has been a crash on the race course. So it's generally bad when the fire truck itself crashes.

Well, the cycle is WTF because thats supposed to be a saw blade (or something as close as makes no real difference) on the front. Just what good having it there definatly crosses the line into WTF good will it do / was this guy thinking

I think the bike might be some sort of brush cutter. I think I've seen something similar. Can't say it's the smartest way to do it, though.

Well, if it's not just a piece of sheet metal someone made to emulate one, that's probably what it started out as, but I'd say the former is more likely and there's no way it's actually functional as shown. All it's good for like that is looking post-apocalypse-goofy and making it even more likely to be fatal if you crash, since there's this narrow chunk of metal held right in front of your head to cut you in half if you go over the handlebars.
