"Yes, and it was glorious."

I might have done the same, if I was familiar with Lelouche vi Brittania.

Precisely the reaction I was seeking. Smile

The Anti-Hero of 'Code Geass'. He takes Magnificent Bastardy and Supergenius to new heights. Imagine a more competent, less arrogant, and
far more successful Light Yagami...

More likeable and empathizeable than Light too.

And he actually cares about people. His whole motivation is to help his (blind, paraplegic) little sister. Still highly morally ambiguous; there's a reason the Devourer of Time lists him as a Byronic hero. I presume the universe would still hate him?

Also, apparently Code Geass was designed with this whole chess metaphor, and Lulu's the king. Consider how the king moves.

Pronounced "shy guy."

I misread it as "Starfleet Captain Lelouche...", which is even worse.

To round it out imagine Lelouch as an admiral in Emperor Palpatine's navy Big Grin

As luck would have it, I was discussing Hull No. 721 with Griever and the name of the main ship (HIMS Black Prince) had him suggest Lelouch commanding an Imperial Star Destroyer. Which given the nature of that fic, isn't all that far away: Captain Lennart is quite the magnificent bastard. It's not every ISD captain who can rustle up an 'unofficial commando squad' by tapping on the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

Irresponsible Captain Lelouche, coupled with "Down Periscope".

What with the various and sundry butterfly effects of Alternate Histories, the Dursleys are either no longer available, or refuse to take in Harry.

For an alternate guardian, he goes instead to a fine upstanding family of the Holy Britannian Empire... say, the Ashfords, or the Stadtfeldts, and ends up
attending Ashford Academy along with a certain Lelouche Lamperouge... trying to keep his magical education a secret with all the hijinx going on around that
particular school...

People, it's "Lelouch." No 'e' at the end.

Pronounced "shy guy."

I'd get a kick out of Alfred Pennyworth being Harry's last living relative.

I need to try to do something incorporating this idea:

Lelouch recruits Shirley just before the Narita battle, and this snowballs into drawing the entire Ashford Academy student government into his plots. By the time things really start to heat up the rebellion is pretty much being run out of the school, with the Student Council as a sort of Shadow Government.

You want an Absurdly Powerful Student Council? Let's do it.

It sounds like you are begging for an Utena fusion, but that might be too easy.

In a future yet to be, the third energy revolution has ushered in a new era of prosperity for humanity. But in the shadows of this bright peace, two powers
clash for control. A secret organization bent on world domination, Big Fire. And to oppose this threat, the Experts of Justice is formed from members gathered
from all across the globe! With them is the most powerful robot on the planet, Giant Robo, and the young man who commands it. His name is Lelouch di Britannia!

Here's some character ideas for you, Toei: ??? ???? and ??? ??. (Yes, I'm obnoxious.)

Pronounced "shy guy."

I have to get this out of my brain before the Idea does unspeakable damage to reality.

xXxHolic crossed with Hellblazer: Paying the Bill ...

You're right. The idea of Conjob knowing Yuuko is just so horribly right.
