Sure.
It's set in the form of the recent Field Manuals, giving a summary of Operation Bulldog and Operation Scorpion (the assault on the Smoke Jaguars), the Great Refusal, and the growing Victor/Katherine tension.
Among other things, it has status reports for the units that participated, and their deployments following their return.
It's the 'setup' book for the FedCom Civil War, basically, covering the rise of the new Star League, the breakaway of the Lyran Alliance, the reconquest of St Ives, and the fall of Terra.
Cover price is $15. It's out of print, but I wouldn't ask more than $10 for it.
