Wrong Country, Darjeeling-chan.... (For those unwilling to click, the lovely commander of St. Gloriana's British-themed sensha-dō team is cosplaying the USA's Statue of Liberty.)

The note on the cover of her tablet was alleged by one site to translate as "Aphorisms."  It doesn't match the kanji for that word in my Japanese-English dictionary, though.
