Pretty informative, and my big takeaway is that they hit the nail on the head what the core issue is.

The bias is naked and obvious. Hardly anyone on both sides can trust a journalist to just state what happened without giving it an editorial slant. And that's a problem because profit is encouraged by emotional appeals, so there is less incentive to just be honest without adding one's own bias to it.
