City of Heroes: Homecoming Issue 28: Page 2 - Drenivian - 06-21-2025
Good Evening DW Forum,
Your 3IC of the Legendary here to let you all know that Homecoming has released Page 2 of Issue 28.
What does that bring?
2 NEW powersets Psionic Armor and Pyrotechic Control
Proliferation of 2 Armor Sets to Tankers which are Regeneration (With Regen getting a once over to make it better!) and Energy Armor
Changes to the Sleep Powers to increase their effectiveness
And other power changes I Will Not include here
and to me, the big one, they made Kallisti Wharf into a real, living zone with 5 Storyline Contacts and a new Enemy Group (with Giant Monster that is summoned)
I gushed about this in the Saturday Night Tights discord while it went through beta, but i know we have members here that are not in that discord.
