Stop Watching Anime and Go Outside, to the Avenue Q song There Is Life Outside Your Apartment and 35 different series (including Kodocha and Risky Safety (Edit: And Ogenki Clinic, so it's likely NSFW)). I haven't downloaded it yet, but it's from Doki Doki Productions - Tim makes good AMVs.
There's the animemusicvideos.org version that members can download, and the (probably lower-quality) YouTube version...
