Under it's rule, entropy causes everything to slow down, cool down, and eventually 'die' in one sense of the word or another. A quasar will maintain it's rotational momentum pretty good, just as any celestial body. However, over time, like anything else, they too will slow down.

Does that include any Illudium Pu-36 in the design?)
