And my turn to start exploring AE... - Bob Schroeck - 06-06-2010 Having earned all the crafting badges with Evangelia except the 1000- and 2000-items-made badges (which I will continue to work on, as I've decided to make IOs for many of lower-level toons that they couldn't otherwise get on their own), I'm now turning my attention to AE. And I was just wondering if folks think a multi-mish arc based on opening a gate for Looney Toons so that he can move on in the Walk from Paragon City would be a good idea to explore. I'm not going to try to do it right away, though -- I'm going to play with the editor and do up a couple "learning exercises" first. But I'd like people's help in testing and whatnot. Eventually. -- Bob --------- Then the horns kicked in... ...and my shoes began to squeak. - Logan Darklighter - 06-06-2010 That would be very cool! Wonder what you'd use for a gate special effect though? - Sweno - 06-07-2010 can you use the portals from kahn TF? -Terry ----- "so listen up boy, or pornography starring your mother will be the second worst thing to happen to you today" TF2: Spy - Bob Schroeck - 06-07-2010 I have no idea what's available to me yet in that regard. I was hoping I might be able to find a standard COT teleporter gate and use that. In the meantime, though, my afternoon's work on a "Learning" arc has actually turned into something interesting which I'm hoping to finish and get people to try. Just one problem -- upon completing the first mission and attempting to test it (with "No errors" showing in the upper right), I get a dialog box that reads "The field Name contained improperly formatted HTML" repeated sixteen times. Anyone ever see that before? -- Bob --------- Then the horns kicked in... ...and my shoes began to squeak. |
