I tripped on Pengi whilst grabbing a Midnight Club mission tonight.
He's still 50, and still pengin' it up. Got a new costume though, a nice sort of 'speed penguin' look to him.

Pengi is made of win. I've teamed with him and some of his alts a zillion times. Normally he wanders around Atlas and will be filler if you ask him nicely.

Pengi's a member of They Might Be Heroes. I've got an alt in the Silver Guard, which is coalitioned with 'em. In the past couple months, I've actually seen a fair bit of him. I didn't screenshot it either, but Pengi recently won a costume contest at a coalition event:-
