yes, but you can only get a limited number of those respecs per character from TV. I think six is the max. But if that isn't enough on top the freespecs
and vetspecs, something is wrong.

Especially with the test server there to experiment on. I've spent a *lot* of time playing with Eri's build there at different times.

Three TV Respecs, plus all the Vet Specs, plus the Respec Recipes you can find/purchase off WW, and the freespecs you get (usually) on Issue release. I really
don't see why we need more, but hell. If people want to spend more than just time and Influence/famy on the Characters, I'm not going to complain. (So
long as they don't become the exclusive respec...>.>)
