Virtue United Hami Raids state that they occur weekly at: Wensday 8PM EST and Saturday at 6PM EST.
As for the Faathim Task force, each of those missions contains multiple parts:
The First is 3-part Defeat all
The Second and Third are both a AV Fight and 4-glowie-simultaneous-thing repeated twice (i.e. twice for the 2nd and twice for the 3rd)
The Fourth is the 4-glowie-simultaneous-thing repeated twice, with out the AVs
The Fifth is two glowie hunts and then another AV Fight and 4-glowie-simultaneous-thing.
The last mission is ambigious, but it is either a 7-part Zone Patrol or a Glowie hunt mission 7 times and then the final Boss Fight, with Lanaru the Mad.
