Superheroes and the Law - Bob Schroeck - 03-04-2011
Now this is cool. A pair of geek lawyers have started a blog called "Law and the Multiverse" in which they seriously consider the legal implications and ramifications of superpowers.
I found this blog by way of an article about it on the Mother Jones website, which has a fun and interesting interview with the lawyers fielding questions thrown at them regarding everything from Superman and Birthers to the legal status of cannibalism during a zombie apocalypse.
