Because something that robkelk mentioned in another part of the forum struck me.

It gives Doug the powers to swim like a fish, breath underwater, manifest some water defenses, and give fish simple commands.
Could be a very fun song to use at Sea World. This also caused me to think of another song. "Jump in Line" done by the Cherry Poppin' Daddies.
