Now, this could work for Xander alone, or him and any combination of Buffy, Faith, and/or Dawn going literally by the lyrics, with the possibility of Giles and Willow, and maybe Spike, Tara and Anya as extensions of the S5 group when Doug gets to know them. I definitely think Xander should be a constant, though, since despite being a song about a girl, the narrator's point of view definitely has a Xander-shaped nose, cheeks, and eyebrows framing it.
