[dskswdyhms] Fun Thoughts... - Black Aeronaut - 08-11-2010 Inspired by this, which was linked over in the General forum. "Did anyone see where Usagi-imouto went?" "I don't know. She was acting really weird, though." "Hey! Where did you get these empty bottles from?" "Your refridgerator. Usagi's been drinking them. Why?" "... these are my Dad's Hard Lemonades." You may now head-desk. - robkelk - 08-12-2010 Good thing that (in canon at least) Usagi's a "happy" drunk... -- Rob Kelk "Governments have no right to question the loyalty of those who oppose them. Adversaries remain citizens of the same state, common subjects of the same sovereign, servants of the same law." - Michael Ignatieff, addressing Stanford University in 2012 - Black Aeronaut - 08-12-2010 *BLINK* (O_O) When the heck did that happen? Was that an episode I missed? - robkelk - 08-12-2010 First season, I think it was the one at the Diamond Kingdom embassy. Usagi mistakes wine for juice, and... -- Rob Kelk "Governments have no right to question the loyalty of those who oppose them. Like the punch is drugged or summat? ''We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary.'' -- James Nicoll - Black Aeronaut - 08-12-2010 Now that you mention it, I do believe so. - robkelk - 08-13-2010 That's the one... -- Rob Kelk "Governments have no right to question the loyalty of those who oppose them. Just put in a scene where Usagi's thirsty and watch the Hilarity Ensue... -------------------------------------- I am the LORD OF THE CRACK! Check out said crack: Takamachi Nanoha of 2814- Green Lantern Nanoha. To START! Now with a TvTropes page! FATE/Holy Grail War of 2814- The Fifth Holy Grail War with Magical Girl Prisma Illya, in the DCAU, from the above story. Magical Girl Magistra Erebea Molly- the world's first Dresden Files/TvTropes Crossover. VENGEANCE! The Musical! The Story of Uchiha Sasuke - Black Aeronaut - 08-31-2010 Oh yes. That's the idea, and I feel that I'm going to need quite a few semi-random acts of hilarity. You know, stuff that might be considered crack-tastic, but utterly believable in execution. Ideas are welcome. This one in particular was inspired by another fanfic. Does anyone around here happen to recall The Fanboys? - robkelk - 08-31-2010 Quote:Oh yes. Thanks for reminding me. It could be useful. (And thanks again for trying to help with that!) - SkyeFire - 08-31-2010 Two of the many LOL-moments from http://shadowchronicles.net/day22.html: "Usagi," Makoto said gently, "have you been drinking those little bottles of chocolate liqueur again?" "No," Usagi sighed, as though she dearly wished she had been. -------- Mamoru stared down at her for a moment. Probably trying to figure out if she was joking. "Has Minako been giving you those little bottles of chocolate liqueur again?" he asked at last. "Mamoru, I'm serious!" "That's what worries me." ... "Yeah, as it turns out, it may have helped free her," Usagi told him. "Garven d'Or used some doo-wackit thingie to break the seal." He stared at her. "Are you SURE you haven't been into the liqueur?" ... It seemed to me that Mamoru must be used to Usagi's relentless optimism. He didn't even bother to try and deflect it. Yup, a match made in heaven. He stayed composed as Usagi gave him the highlights, just staring down at her with a kind of bemused tolerance. "And this seems like a rational idea to all of you?" he asked when she'd finished. "Are you SURE about the liqueur?" - Black Aeronaut - 08-31-2010 OMG, that is awesome! They went and turned it into a running gag! Beautiful! |
