ThePlanet, the webhosting company that hosts Schlock Mercenary, among others, suffered a major power system failure recently.
And they are acting in an _exemplary_ manner regarding it. I only have two links, but some googling should reveal more.

I am very impressed by ThePlanet's actions during this. Updates have been fast, consistent, and remarkably buzzword free. ThePlanet has already commented
that customers will be receiving credit for downtime.
