but, being that its BOB's site, I've been ignoring it's complaints. Any idea what script(s) it is on the main page that CP thinks are possibly malicious?

Main page? Huh. There are no scripts on the main page, at least that I've coded into it, if by that you mean index.shtml. What specifically does it report? (And which Checkpoint product? I note that they offer a lot of different things.)
Maybe it doesn't like server-side includes? But by the time it sees that page, it shouldn't matter...

DamnifIknow... As of today it stopped. maybe it had to do with the site migrating and the link checker saying oh, okay its really supposed to be here and not there, ergo its not some sort of redirect hack

It poped up again, and I did what I shoulda did originally, which was click on the bar to find out what it was freaking about.
Its cause you just registered the domain a month ago, ergo "use caution, we know nothing about this guy and if you download anything who knows what you actually will get"
I told it it was full of it.
