Three people seriously injured, 12 with minor injuries.

Two suspects on the loose.

Story has been updated with CCTV footage - for what good it does, considering they were wearing hoodies. But there's also physical descriptions of the two.

It's possible that they could have made it to Ottawa or Montreal by now, and just barely possible that they could have crossed the border and made it to NYC or Chicago by now, if they wanted to run in either of those directions, so please be on the lookout.

Update: No fatalities, all victims are in stable condition. Despite the explosion going off in the same restaurant as a children's birthday party there were no children physically injured.

Good that there were no fatalities. Hopefully they will be captured soon.

First, the good news: all of the injured have been released from hospital.

Now the bad news: two days later, the suspects are still at large, and the motive is still a mystery.

Suspects still at large.

Police think one of them might be a female.
