[OOC][PLOT] The Fifth Thread of Planning for Arc 1 - Arrivals

I like this.  I want to put it in.  The problem is, well, BlackAeronaut was using Fate and Nanoha in the middle of the Book of Darkness arc.  Which makes her a little less useful, but I still liked how you used her.  But we have Rin Tohsaka there too, a specialist gem magician. 

Fate drifted across the edge of the party, and smiled as she saw some boy try very skittishly to chat up Nanoha. He was roughly her age, with short cropped brown hair, and a sparse frame.

Though I'd rather have had a little older Nanoha, it would make SI Ben's romance arc less problematic.  Right now that description would only describe Shaoran Li and he's already found his Most Important Person.  Unless Umino decided to show up that day, and lol!
