on my computer screen, that is.  Is this something associated with the board software, or do I have to do a deep dive on my chrome settings and anti everything programs?
Hear that thunder rolling till it seems to rock the sky?

  • Go to your control panel (the "User CP" link)
  • Under "Your Profile", select "Edit Options"
  • Under "Other Options", check whether "Should the snowflakes be displayed?" is checked.
If it isn't, then the problem's at your end...

It's a board plug-in that I turn on every year for the Christmas season. As Rob has pointed out, users have the ability to disable it, which is the reason I chose this particular snow plug-in over several others that are available.

RIght. It was never exactly a bad thing... I just wanted to be sure it was intended and not that I had an infection
