Sure, why not? But only Minako's nail polish glows. Ami's ripples and flows (as does Michiru's), Rei's burns, Makoto's crackles, Haruka's cracks like parched desert land, Setsuna's ages like a bad time-lapse movie, Hotaru's becomes something completely different, and Usagi's heals everybody else's. Because "elemental affinities".
