If they do, they give up the last claim they could have had to being the "law and order" party. There's nothing orderly about a mob, after all.

Well of course there isn't. Modifications tend to cause messy changes to game files.


If you meant a mob however, not only are mobs not orderly, killing people without a duly considered and signed judicial order has been illegal in the USA for longer than the USA has existed, so...
