determination was made?

Since I'm the one who created the Secret Masters of Fenspace list, that's a fair cop...

People are on the list because I wanted them there.

Okay, okay... Fenspace-Bob is on because he's a writer avatar, and all the writer avatars are on the list. Fenspace-Kat is on because she's been described as being respected in both Fenspace and the Danelaw.
