Return with your shield, and your enemy roasting upon it (Elec/Shield Brute)

So, my new brute is looking to be quite the interesting AoE monster once she reaches 50, which I expect to happen sooner rather than later. As such, I'm looking for experience from those of you who have 50 shield wielders for what works, what doesn't, and if I'm making some enormous errors in her slotting.
Objectives:
- Reika is designed primarily as an AoE machine, making use of the multiple AOEs available to Shield and Elec to do as much damage in as wide an area as possible.
- Survivability is nice, though I'd prefer to be able to take a hit as well as dodging one. Reika's not a /SR, after all.
- The inclusion of Stealth into her build is purely for concept reasons, and droppable if there's a good case for replacing it with something else.
Below is the blank slate of her powers progression as I see it being by level 50. The slotting is left pretty much blank because I have absolutely no idea what to do with it.
