Well, I hadn't looked at the list before i made a build, so i designed one with two things in mind.  Hit Points and Survivability.  I'll see if I can't do a Mk 2 Build closer to what you have.
Though from the looks of it, I only pulled Aid Other, Photon Grenade, Tactics, and Air Sup for the Fighting Tree and Combat Jumping.  Not being immobed as a Mastermind is lovely.
